A refreshing and fruity cocktail.


  • 5 fresh blueberries
  • 30 ml blueberry vodka
  • 7.5 ml absinthe
  • 7.5 ml simple syrup
  • 7.5 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 drizzle raspberry brandy
  • Ginger beer, to top
  • Garnish: sugar cube


  1. In a shaker, muddle the blueberries.
  2. Add the vodka, absinthe, syrup and lemon juice, and fill with ice.
  3. Shake, and pour (unstrained) into a highball glass. Drizzle with brandy and top with ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with one sugar cube.
