1. How can I track my order?
Every order detail is mentioned in NOTES once it’s shipped, you will receive an email notification for the tracking details which would include the Delivery partner and Tracking Number.
2. How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, you have to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing an order to ensure that your order is cancelled.
3. What happens if I received the wrong order or my items are damaged when received?
We ensure our customers get their order on time and that it is delivered with complete caution but in case you do receive a damaged or wrong order, please share the photographs, order ID (in the subject) and any details required on our email which is: email@example.com and we will connect with you to resolve the issue at the earliest.
4. How long does it take for the order to get delivered?
Generally, our delivery timelines are between 1-4 Days, depending on the type of product, in case you do not receive your order till, after 7 days of placing an order, we will refund 100% of the product amount to you and make sure that the same does not happen again.
