Sex on the Beach sports a provocative name for a harmless fruity cocktail. It’s easy to make and even easier to drink, so it’s perfect for your next tropical vacation or cocktail party.

No one can seem to agree on where the name Sex on the Beach originated, but many suggest the cocktail may have been invented when a bartender combined a Fuzzy Navel with a Cape Codder. The fruity sipper is served over ice in a Highball glass and garnished with an orange slice.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml vodka
  • 15 ml peach schnapps
  • 45 ml orange or pineapple juice
  • 45 ml cranberry juice
  • 15 ml Chambord or crème de cassis (optional)
  • Garnish: cocktail umbrella

Steps

  1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a cocktail umbrella.
