Ingredients

• 1 Luxardo maraschino cherry
• 1 orange slice
• 3 dashes Angostura orange bitters
• 75 ml bourbon
• 15 ml peach schnapps
• Garnish: orange slice

Steps

1. Muddle the cherry, orange slice and bitters in a mixing glass.
2. Add the bourbon, schnapps and ice and stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice sphere.
4. Garnish with a dehydrated or fresh orange slice.
