Two-Hit Fig Punch

Whiskey and spiced rum spike this fresh-fruit punch by bartending vet Charlotte Voisey.


  • 12 fresh figs, halved
  • 360 ml simple syrup
  • 720 ml spiced rum
  • 720 ml bourbon
  • 360 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 180 ml fresh orange juice
  • Garnish: nutmeg, grated
  • Garnish: 12 lime wheels


  1. In a small bowl, muddle the figs well and add the simple syrup.
  2. Place a large block of ice in a punch bowl and add the fig mixture and the remaining ingredients.
  3. Garnish with thinly cut lime wheels and freshly grated nutmeg.
