Whiskey and spiced rum spike this fresh-fruit punch by bartending vet Charlotte Voisey.
- 12 fresh figs, halved
- 360 ml simple syrup
- 720 ml spiced rum
- 720 ml bourbon
- 360 ml fresh lemon juice
- 180 ml fresh orange juice
- Garnish: nutmeg, grated
- Garnish: 12 lime wheels
- In a small bowl, muddle the figs well and add the simple syrup.
- Place a large block of ice in a punch bowl and add the fig mixture and the remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with thinly cut lime wheels and freshly grated nutmeg.
