Toast this citrusy and complex rum concoction.

Ingredients

• 60 ml White rum
• 22.7 ml Fresh lime juice
• 15 ml Fresh grapefruit juice
• 15 ml Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 tsp Absinthe

Steps

1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
2. Shake, and strain into a chilled coupe glass filled with crushed ice.
