RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  1. In order to get a full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
  2. All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you.
  3. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our sales/support team and inform them at the earliest possible at support@barfecto.com.
  5. In case you have canceled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they will still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
  6. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate a refund procedure for your money within 5-7 working days.
  7. The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 5-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  8. In certain cases, refunds may apply. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis evaluating the credibility of relevant circumstances on the full discretion of Barfecto.
  9. You shall be entitled to a refund only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

i. Your Product(s) has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;

ii. Your Product(s) is different or the quantity is different from what was shown on the website or application;

iii. Your Product(s) is expired;

iv. Us canceling your order due to (A) your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones; (B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or (C) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or

v. Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

vi. All refund amounts shall be credited to your respective Bank account within 5-7 business days in accordance with the terms stipulated by Your Bank.

  1. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a return or an exchange.
  2. If the customer wants to exchange the item they have received with another product of the same type (due to defects in the item that they have received), then they can follow the same process as indicated above for a return.
  3. Please notify us in your e-mail that you want an ‘Exchange.’
  4. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, defective piece, you can replace or exchange the product and get a full replacement or exchange the product for another one. If we cannot provide you the same product again, then we will provide you with store credit that you can use at any time in the future.
  5. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  6. Exchange and Return can be done only one time. The second time we will not permit

However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to modify or cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
  1. We reserve the sole right to modify/cancel your order in the following circumstance:

i. in the event of You having already opted for partial order acceptance during the placement of order;

ii. in the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us;

iii. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;

iv. failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or

v. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order.
