The classic Collins took a trip through the garden with this twist by bartending vet Charlotte Voisey.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Hendrick’s gin
- 22.5 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml rose syrup
- 45 ml fresh cucumber water*
- Garnish: cucumber slice
Steps
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice.
*Cucumber water: Wash and chop an English cucumber (leave the skin on) and pass it through a juicer. Use within a day.
