Cucumber & Rose Collins

The classic Collins took a trip through the garden with this twist by bartending vet Charlotte Voisey.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Hendrick’s gin
  • 22.5 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml rose syrup
  • 45 ml fresh cucumber water*
  • Garnish: cucumber slice

Steps

  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a cucumber slice.

*Cucumber water: Wash and chop an English cucumber (leave the skin on) and pass it through a juicer. Use within a day.
