Ingredients

• 45 ml vodka
• 15 ml pear brandy
• 15 ml lemon juice
• 15 ml honey syrup (50% Honey & 50% Water)
• Hard apple cider, to top
• Garnish: apple slice fan
• Garnish: cinnamon, freshly grated

Steps

1. Add all ingredients except the cider to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
3. Top with hard apple cider and garnish with an apple fan and freshly grated cinnamon.
