The Moscow Mule is a classic vodka-based cocktail for a reason. Speaking the name of the drink conjures up images of the sweating copper mug that’s the de rigeur vessel for the Moscow Mule. While said mug is preferred for serving, it’s not necessary and shouldn’t deter you from making a Moscow Mule.

The Moscow Mule was born in the 1950s during the heydey of vodka. And this organic version brings the legendary drink up to date while remaining true to its refreshing roots. Combining ginger beer, lime juice and vodka, the Moscow Mule is deceptively simple and incredibly easy to mix, making it perfect for any season.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml vodka
  • 90 ml ginger beer
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Garnish: lime wheel

Steps

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a Moscow Mule mug (or highball glass) over ice.
  2. Garnish with a lime wheel.
